Late Registration
My chapter has already registered but I wish to attend as well. I realize I will not be able to sit with my chapter as they sent in their registrations earlier. Please send me my assigned table number in the self-addressed, stamped envelope. 

 

Each registration form should contain the main contact person who will receive the tickets and ensure each lady receives a ticket. There will not be any name badges this year. Your ticket will have your reserved table number on the ticket. Please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive your tickets at least 30 days prior to March 11, 2007. Tickets will NOT be mailed to you unless an envelope is included with your registration form.
