It has been nearly five years since Arizona’s first Red Hat Chapter was born and in celebration of that day, the Decadent Dames would like to invite you to:

Fun, Friendship and Frolic on our Fifth

Last year, 2,000 ladies shared friendship and fun at the JW Marriott. It was an experience that many red hat sisters are still fondly remembering. As with any large event, there are always areas that can be improved upon, and thank you for all your wonderful suggestions.

Please carefully read all the details regarding the registrations below and the policies surrounding the day’s events. Last year, many chapters or ladies were too late in submitting their registrations and were unable to attend. We don’t want that to happen this year. The cost includes a fabulous lunch and top-notch entertainment as well as a day of surprises and fun!

  • Tables will be reserved according to how early your reservation is received. Each registration form will be date-stamped to ensure fairness.

  • Tables will seat either 10 or 12. Your nametag will indicate your table and seat number. Your group quite possibly will be split between 2 tables in order to fill the tables evenly as your reservations come in and to once again ensure fairness. We have available seating for 2,000 red hat ladies who want to have fun!

  • One (1) check collected by the QM or designee should be sent in for the total number of ladies attending along with a completed registration form for each lady.

  • If a member decides at a later date to register, unfortunately, we will not be able to seat her with her chapter unless the entire chapter wants to sit with her and accept her date of reservation.

  • Your “cancelled” check will be your confirmation that your reservations have been received. Check should be made payable to Janie Rausch and sent to 908 East Annette Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85022. Please do NOT send registered mail as this will only delay your registration.

  • The QM or designee will pick up one (1) envelope at the registration table the morning of the event with all nametags enclosed. You can avoid any long lines to register or to be seated in the grand ballroom.

  • A professional meeting planner has been hired to co-ordinate all reservations and seating assignments. We are sorry but there will be “no refunds.” Please sell or donate your ticket to another red hatter if you cannot attend.

  • We sold out in record time at last year’s event, but there was so much interest from outside Arizona. Therefore, we have opened up registrations to Red Hat Chapters from other states. Do not wait until the last minute to register. The seats will go quickly.

  • The fabulous menu will be a delight to the eye as well as the palate. You know how important food is to our red hatters; therefore, we are taking our time in our menu selection to ensure your anticipation will be completely satisfied.

  • Entertainment is currently in negotiations. We did not wish to hold up the registration process.

  • Vendor Alley will be bigger and better than last year (and we didn’t think that was possible) but wait until you see the newest items to adorn us! It’ll be a WOW!

  • Registration deadline is January 1, 2006. – Always visit www.azredhats.com for any updates on the convention! Please share ALL information with your members even if you cannot attend.
